My 85 Olds has 35% tint, shop says its reading 31% on the meter. They won't pass it as is. I dunno what the issue is as the last 3 years the car has passed fine.
Anyone know a MA shop that won't jerk me on the little things like...being 4% over the tint limit? thank you! |
