Members It's that time again!!!! Please join us for our 1st meeting of the 2007 car season. It will be held at the East Meadow on Hempstead Tpke. (Rte. 24), just east of the Meadowbrook Pkwy. Our East Meadow meetings will start 30 min. earlier this year (9:30 vs. 10:00), due to the restaurant's earlier opening time. Please come on down & show support for your club. Our kickoff meeting's are generally well attended. So, let's keep up the tradition, even if your baby is not running right now (mine's in the garage with a dead battery), bring the winter beater down, we want to see you!!! We'll go over our winter officer's meeting, & tell you of our plans so far for the year. Remember the date -- Next SSunday, March 18th, Be There!!!! I hear that a former member is now back in the game and will be at the LISST meeting with his 95 DCM. I also hear that he stepped up his exhaust and shocks game up today.
 Rich (95DGGM9C1) a regular poster on here will be making his debut as a new member at the meeting. Heard he he's got his ride all shined up for the meet. Chris (momoney2) from the SS forum another newcomer that I have been talking to will be bringing his 1994 DGGM LT1 wagon to the meet and is interested in getting in the scene. As for me I will be stepping up my SS spoiler game and detail game in time for the meeting. My exhaust game is on hold, ( arrival of baby 1/23/07 ) but should be in place for the April meeting. I think atleast 25-30 B bodies at the meet. The 1st meeting last year had almost 30 B bodies. SSee everyone there....... |

ThankSS for the copy/paste of my club letter. You beat me to it! I figured besides the mass email I sent out, which I see you got, this forum would be a good place to post my message. It's more local than the SS forum. This pic is from one of our opening meetings, 3/28/04. Also Wutz, Mod Day '02 in which you got the Window Man moniker, & a couple of meeting pics, & why we like hOOters.  I especially like the hula girls at the end!!!!
