About 25 guys that I personally know in UNYISSO.
Have been enjoying great savings on quality parts for our cars. This account is only available for people that I know. Who also do their own work on their cars. And will be installing the parts themselves. This is an agreement I have with UNITED AUTO SUPPLY management. None of these parts purchased will go to a repair station to be installed. If they find out that parts we buy are going to a repair station. My account is jeopordized with UNITED AUTO SUPPLY. They will gladly shut the account down on me. http://www.unitedautosupply.com is where we do business in New York. This is my personal account that I will share with Guys that I know in UNYISSO This post has been edited by Heavy Chevy 95: Oct 15 2005, 12:31 AM |

QUOTE(ImpalaJoe @ Jul 26 2003, 08:56 PM) i don;t think any of these outlets are located near me Don I inquired about this in the past for the INEGMA membership living outside of New York and UNITED's territiory. Unfortunatly it cannot be done with the shipping which was discussed with UNITED's managment. This post has been edited by Heavy Chevy 95: Sep 21 2005, 03:26 PM |

Hey Gang -- I just got a phone call from a
The Colonie, NY warehouse location is closed This is where the bulk of us where doing business with UNITED. I suggest calling the main office in Syracuse. To find out where the new warehouse location is located in Schenectady, NY. If you need parts. I was told by our club member, The warehouse is located near the Sears Hardware store off rte 7 by 890 in Schenectady. Just wanted to give you all the heads up So you do not waste a trip over to the old Colonie warehouse location. This post has been edited by Heavy Chevy 95: Sep 21 2005, 03:27 PM |

I live in Utica and have walked into united to buy parts before even though they do not like it. Anyways how do i get this discount. I am not a member of UNYISSO but that is really because I spent so much time in MI for school seemed kinda of silly to join. But now I am done and have no promblem joining. Just need some info on what exactly i need to do.
Thanks Paul |

Paul -- You have to talk with me in person.
None of the account info goes across the Internet. So I can explain the rules of how we do business with UNITED. As you know, This is a Professional Garage parts wholesaler. That does business with all the repair shops in Upstate New York and parts of Massachusetts. It was extremely hard for Steve Turzcyn and myself to set this account up years ago for The only reason why we got it. Our other local source of Proffessional automotive repair parts. PAW out of Rochester NY - Closed down their warehouse operation in Albany. AC-DELCO had a hugh realignment with their wholesalers, Which set new boundaries for the busniess back then. As far as joining Give our Dave Wilson - dW - The Green monster "Fartnocker" on A personal note about joining. - Hey may see this thread and switch you over. Paul -- Welcome aboard. Hopefully in the future. UNYISSO and RAISSE will get together out your way. This post has been edited by Heavy Chevy 95: Sep 7 2005, 09:55 AM |

JOhn - before I call you on the phone and we whisper sweet nothings - does an outlet or physical location exist in the Rochester area? Can you give a little more detail here thanks!

QUOTE(Heavy Chevy 95 @ Sep 7 2005, 09:31 PM) For the Capitol Region United Auto Parts Supply - Are our only Local AC-Delco wholesale warehouse. They just updated their Warehouse Locations on their company website. The new Schenectady & Albany NY location replaces our Old Colonie NY Warehouse location. Paul - Welcome aboard to
Glad to hear that dW took care of you. You can show up to the local event this Saturday. At Lebanon Valley Dragway in New York. To meet me in person at the dragstrip in the morning. Or you can stop by my home anytime that I am around. This account information does not go out to everybody. If your an alright guy. If you do your own repair work - You can use this account. Non Technicians and $$@@^% do not bother asking. This post has been edited by Heavy Chevy 95: Sep 13 2005, 01:08 PM |

Unfortunatly I can't make it to the drag day. I am supposed to work saturdays and I have the 24th off for a wedding the the 1st for my folks anverssiary and I don't think the boss would let me take off 3 in a row.
So I guess well have to meet up someother time. I am not in a huge rush. A bit to poor to afford any parts right now anyways. So once our scheduals match up and I actually meet you we can figure it out then. Thanks for the Help Paul |

Hopefully in the future we can meet up. Been around the Automotive parts business for a long time. I use to be a technical Factory Automotive Parts sales rep back in the early 80ties. I knew what price the manufacturer would sell their parts to a warehouse. Then watch the mark up of the parts until it found it's way into a customers vehicle. Makes me sick what guys have to pay for brand new parts. That's why, When I joined I wanted to open a few doors for the guys in the club and save them some money. I know the feeling. I work in retail now for houses and what we pay and what you pay us is rediculous. But hey it keeps me employed.
On a side not I had a friend that was working as a sales rep for United not to long ago. But she got a state job so maybe I will go see if i can work my way into her old job. Next time I head out to Sennia (i think that is how you spell it) to see my sister i'll try to meet up with you. Paul |

Let me get this straight John. Unless you meet someone in person, do the secret handshake, and maybe a reach-around...a guy has to wait to buy parts at a discount???
