Hey all, just got off the phone with Bob at Empire Dragway (NYIRP). He said we can do the 9th of July but there are two other groups that day (Gassers being one of them) and we would get less runs in and no guarantee's tabout when the time trials would fall.
Nothing in September and August is out. He did say June 11th, 18th and 25th were currently OK. I know there are quite a few Grad parties in June sooooo...... Let me know what date would be best. |

July 9th Empire Dragway Leicester NY (Mt Morris) just off Route 36. Gates open at 1:00 PM time trials at 2:00 and racing at 6:00 PM. Good time, good food, good people I promise. This track loves us! No host hotel as there is a air show in town that same weekend and most everything is sold out. Rochester has quite a few hotels so shouldnt be too hard to find something around 45 minutes to the track. Gasser's will also be there. Who's in?? |

The key to losing weight long term is to make gradual lifestyle changes you can stick to forever.A success to extreme weight loss. Most individuals are not provided the truthful facts of losing weight and becoming healthier. The successful people will not let a road bump completely derail their entire lifestyle change. If you are not implementing positive lifestyle changes and losing weight, you are gaining weight. Again, there is no "in-between."A success to weight loss. Most people don't realize what they consume each day. So many overweight people eat thousands of extra calories and fat without realizing it.
